- Email or telephone me and inquire about an appointment time and date, as well as any other questions.
- I will reply by email or telephone with possible appointment times.
- Pick a time and confirm by email or phone. For ongoing counseling, that will be your appointment time and day unless arranged otherwise.

Cancellation Policy: Life Happens :}
- All appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
- Not canceling within less than 24 hours notice, a partial fee is added to the next scheduled session.
- By not receiving notice, I am unable to use your scheduled time for someone else needing my professional help.
- Exceptions to this policy are at my discretion.
